The Sales staff member (Shah) showed the utmost courtesy and patience with this 93 year old customer, giving him sufficient time to make his decision, explaining all the delivery processes, and was a great support especially as the customer had hearing difficulties.

It was a very pleasant experience with no pressure from the salesman and no rush. We were given loads of time to try out different beds and clean pillows were provided - very impressive. We were given as long as we needed to make sure the mattress was the right firmness. Having staff with good knowledge about the product goes a long way towards a happy customer and a sale. Will definitely buy the other mattresses from the same store and hopefully the same salesman.

We visited the Harlow store, which was very well laid out, the colour coding for the different mattresses was particularly useful. We were served by Shah who was very helpful and very knowledgeable, he was quickly able to advise us on suitable product options for us after listening to our needs. All the staff that we came across in the store were friendly and helpful and we were very happy with the overall experience. After visiting other bed stores, Dreams level of service and store layout clearly stood out above any others.

Good selection and its a infrequent purchase so advice meant a lot

I found that the customer service in the store was generally outstanding, particularly from Shah. I was on the phone quite a bit to confer with my dad about my bed order, despite this, Shah was always very patient and very helpful. I was incredibly happy with Shah’s knowledge of the products and how he was able to meet my needs. I was also impressed by Shah’s sock draw organisation, haha!

Both Shuyeb, who quoted me initially, and Mike, who subsequently took the order, were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And I was especially impressed with the fact that Mike put the sale down to Shuyeb - even though it was 4 months after he quoted me!

Very friendly and knowledgable sales assistant. Ordering and paperwork didn’t take long at all. Very happy that we can return our mattress if not satisfied and replace within 40 days, it gives you peace of mind.
