Jessica in Harlow was highly knowledgeable. No pressure to buy or breathing down our necks but there to assist when needed. Transaction processed smoothly. Went back next day to add to order which was also a pleasant experience with another sales person. 5* service.

We were really impressed with the quality and floor assistance as well as placing our large order. The only thing that is dissappointing is the wait in order for the order to be delivered. We were told 3 weeks but moved to just under 3 weeks. Would be better if customers maybe had a 3-5 day delivery period. Maybe stock in a warehouse in the store. Otherwise super

Sophie was very clear and precise in her explanation of of things pertaining to the mattresses and explaining how they work etc.

We walked into Dreams at Harlow and was immediately asked if we needed assistance by Stacey then Sophie Stacey was very helpful in every way , showed and explained all about the mattresses, then Sophie took over and was also very helpful. Both are a credit to the Harlow store.

We were well looked after and given the advice we needed. A nice cup of coffee whilst ordering was very welcoming.
