Extremely pleasant staff and very knowledgeable about the products. Efficient and attentive and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Have bought several beds from Dreams and have been very satisfied every time.

Sophie was absolutely brilliant. We purchased beds for ourselves and our daughter and nothing was too much trouble. We were offered refreshments and felt that we were given very high quality advice. At no time did we feel pressured into buying anything making the whole experience very enjoyable. I would like you to pass on my thanks to Sophie and all of her colleagues for making us feel welcome and valued as customers. I will be recommending them to all.

They encouraged us to try out the different beds, so we were sure to find the right product for our needs. They left us to wander and discuss the merits of the items and only interupted us, when it seemed like we needed more information and advice.

Our advisor (Shah) was so very helpful, showing me how the system works and then leaving me to try out the beds. He even offered to wake me with a coffee if I fell asleep. There was no pushyiness at all, just a very friendly service which impressed me greatly.

Multiple reasons: The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, helpful but not overly salesy, offered us a drink, lots of advice and we had our 9 month old daughter there that required feeding and changing and they did everything possible to make the whole experience easy.

Although I was fairly certain of what I wanted, I was offered assistance more than once while I was browsing. Speed and efficiency of purchase itself was excellent -staff member called Jessica I believe
