Welcome on arrival without any pressure. Offered coffee. Encouraged to try mattresses and pillows. Knowledgeable assistant. Returned whilst considering option without any pressure. Overall we were very impressed and would certainly return.

sales assistant was polite ,courteous ,and Knowledgable .This gave us time to select what we wanted with the advice given in a way we felt comfortable with.

We was welcomed as soon as we walk in the door The assistant was not pushy to approach us Until we had viewed a couple of products We tried products and heard what the assistant ( shuyeb) had to tell us about the product This was very informative And we settled for our product plus brought other items as we fell in love the pillows he proved for our test of mattress
