Got what we wanted, good displays, colour coded softness, plenty of assistance, nice tea and coffee, could choose delivery dates, minor problem with ordering a non matching base and mattress sorted out easily no fuss, most items available to view which is what’s needed can’t to that over phone or internet, plenty of space

Sales team didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked through the door allowing us to walk around and view the beds without feeling pressurised. When we did require help you colleague was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, just listened to our requirements and guided us through the options. Very refreshing approach to selling rather than the hard sell we'd experienced earlier on that day in another store - needless to say, we din't buy from them!!

Staff so helpful and understanding if our needs found the perfect mattresses for both me and my husband nothing was to much trouble even had tea and cake with the staff.

I was served my a lovely gentleman named mike and he couldn’t of been more helpful, product was perfect my mum loves her new topper.

The order was placed and paid for by a charity for me over the holiday period, it got a little confusing for me but the staff had it totally under control

I was greeted by a gentle man (shah) in the Harlow branch shortly upon arrival in the store. As i was looking for a bed shah asked if there was anything in particular i was looking for, he kindly pointed out 3 beds one of which i brought. He showed me how everything works and the build quality of the bed. i then was undeciding of mattresses which he then kindly showed and explained all the different types of mattresses and gave me a pillow so that i could go round and test all the beds, when i had finished he gave me addition advise and information on the mattress i had chosen and helped me get a duvet and topper. we then went and completed all the paperwork which was really easy and straight forward due to the experience and professionalism of shah.

Purchasing a mattress is a highly personal choice. The sales lady delivered her advice in a professional unhurried manner which was appreciated. Thus hopefully we will have made the right choice.
