My wife and I visited Dreams store in Harlow in search of a new bed. Even though the store was busy we were offered assistance immediately by Shah. He asked a number of questions about our preferences and based on our response showed us to a group of suitable divans and mattress types. Shah stayed with us to help evaluate and ensure we found the most comfortable mattress for us, but also suggest alternatives to eliminate them from the selection. We were impressed impressed with Shah’s product knowledge, friendliness and help.

The assistant Sophie at the Harlow branch was extremely personable and took a genuine interest giving us time to consider all options and at no time were we feeling rushed.

The service was very good and the advice was realistic and specific to our situation, which demonstrated we had been listened to. Our kids were jumping on the beds but the staff were friendly and kind towards them, even when asking them not to jump from bed to bed in case of injury.

The sales assistant was very helpful and didn’t rush us . He had excellent knowledge of all the products . I liked the fact that he gave us advise for after the new mattress was installed .

We were assisted by three members of staff during our visit all of whom were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our order was taken by Michael who’s easy, professional manner made the process of parting with £749 really quite pleasant! This was just the sort of buying experience my wife and I appreciate, no salesman on your a back but somehow there when you want them. The crucial thing for us is we feel we weren’t sold, rather we were assisted to buy and when you’re spending a significant amount that’s important. Top marks to the staff at Dreams!

The assistant approached us asked our requirements and lucky for us we needed a 4ft (small double bed) and there was one on display he also made us a coffee whilst we were making our minds up. We had been to other bed shops to be honest our relation had said he was displeased with Dreams but we soon told him different!! Our extension isn't completely ready so Dreams are holding it for us until 12th February. Thank you again we couldn't fault Dreams or the assistant in any way.

We had time to look around without being pounced on by a salesperson, the young girl that helped us was very nice and gave us all the information we wanted, she was quick and efficient her name is Jess.

Buying a new bed for me is a nightmare as I have had a broken Back, been in a wheelchair for months...so it has to be right!!! My present bed is 10years old a sleepeezee @ it has been been perfect for me...but it was time to move on....on our arrival at your Harlow Branch..we wondered around looking, feeling,sitting, laying!!!!! Then we met Michael...an older sales man (like our age) who was so helpful ,knowledgable, making me feel very confident when I explained about my accident...I have purchased another sleepeezee....being delivered on 19/1/18....one very happy customer thanks to Michael..... Thank you Dreams.....it is always helpful for older customers like us 74 @ 72 to have confidence in sales reps....a host of knowledge on older folk!!!!!!
