Dreams - Harlow

I came to the shop expecting it to be open by 9.45am but didn't realise the opening times were 10am. I just mentioned this to the sales assistant as I thought it was off in this day and age shops opening so late and he added 2 new pillows to my order totally free of charge. I wasn't complaining, just brought it up in conversation and didn't expect a free gift. Very impressed.

The assistant (Shah) was so friendly and helpful - a thoroughly pleasant man.

Found all staff and especially Stacey very helpful and there when we needed her but not intrusive. We were offered coffee and never felt rushed. She also saved us a lot of time by directing us to the area we needed that served our needs today.

It was a pleasant change to go to a store where you were not jumped on by staff on entering to see if you wanted help. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about what the company were selling. Explained in detail how the beds were made and the benefits to what we required along with information on the breakdown of the pricing.

Went in store 15 mins before closing. Wasn’t rushed at all. Spent a long time with the shop assistant going thru all options. Left about 30 mins after shop was supposed to shut. Very helpful, knowledgeable about products.
