Dreams - Harlow

From the second I walked in the staff greeted me with a warm friendly welcome. After letting me look around for 5 minutes he then came over and helped me with my search. Not at any point was the salesman pushy or trying to force products down my throat, he listened to what I had to say and helped me find what I was looking for.

Excellent customer service. Time given to wander around the store after lots of useful information regarding all types of mattresses.

The advisor called Eve was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the dreams products. She provided us with coffee whilst i was placing my order and included discounted pillows

Good customer service, made us feel valued as customers offered us drinks etc, interacted with with us both having a giggle, shah was very knowledgeable of the beds etc. He encouraged us to try the beds out to make sure we got the right bed for us, explained about the insurance that we could take out & we have. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

In comparison to my previous shocking experience when purchasing a bed from Benson For Beds, Dreams have so far restored my faith in bed companies! The service we have received so far has been excellent and I hope it continues to run as smoothly with delivery etc of our new bed and mattress next week. A really great experience so far hence the high ratings I have provided.

Staff really helpfull not pushy assited with a return of some items was no quibble just got it sorted. Delivery on time and helpful used shoe protectors or took shoes off. Store staff at Harlow were superb and help me select right mattress and explained all the deals.
