Dreams - Harlow

Store layout/products easy to review/access. Served by a VERY helpful and knowledgeable person (Michael) which made the shopping experience a good one - even for me (the male half of the customer)!! We made 2 visits to the store and Michael dealt with us on both occasions and both shopping experiences were good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

On arrival a member of your team SHUYEB greeted us and explained the layout and where we could find things. He did not pressure us but was available to help if we needed it. We found what we wanted and he dealt swiftly with the process informed us of the extras we might want, without a hard sell, we decided to add these to our order, he explained the delivery process and we chose a date. We found hin a perfect assistant in every way.

Very knowledgeable about products and understanding of our needs

I was immediately acknowledged when entering the store by an assistant, Shah. He was friendly and offered assistance. He explained about the different types of mattresses and how to find them in the store. He advised on the best mattresses for firmness. He offered me a drink whilst I browsed and then said he would leave me to look around but he would be available if I needed assistance. He suggested I laid on the beds to check the comfort. He brought over a pillow that he said I could take around with me. He checked on me a couple of times when I was looking around without being pushy. Other staff spoke to me whilst I was in the shop in a friendly tone. I noticed that the mattresses all looked pristine and clean - I had previously looked in some other bed stores (not Dreams) and this was not the case. When I had made my decision Shah processed the order quickly and efficiently. He spent time going through the trial period clauses and what to do if I needed to change anything. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery date offered. Overall great service. I would return to Dreams.

Mike from the Harlow brunch was just such a big help in understanding bed types and helping me and my fiance make a decision on an option that we could afford and something that met both our needs. After days of searching- we were able to order a base and a mattress and the iceing on the cake was a 7 day turn around. Ordered a base and matching blanket box and a mattress for delivery on the same day, for a couple who just moved into a new place- sleeping on the floor for 7 days is nothing compared to what we thought we might have to wait for it. Overall easiest purchase we made. Mike was very patient and answered every question that we had.

Was greeted by friendly staff. Offered help and advice and given plenty of time to try out beds. Refreshments were offered which was welcomed. Staff appeared very knowledgeable on types of beds and answered all questions asked. I was after 2 single beds and was given the option of zipp and link which I thought was a good idea and chose this option which was also a bit cheaper for me so very pleased. Also got free delivery. Overall very pleased with my purchase but think maybe assembling of the beds should of been free considering the amount I spent. Chose not to pay extra and to assemble myself.
