Michael who served us was pleasant polite, we explained what we wanted and he explained all the differences in bed types. He was not pushy or breathing down our necks, asked if we would like a cup of tea, which we said yes to, nice and strong as we like it. he asked if we wanted more time or were we happy with our choice, which we were. we went through the paper work with him and got our agreed delivery date. We are very happy with dreams so far, and are quite willing to tell you what we think of the bed once delivered. Thank you Michael.

The store manager is harlow dealt with us the whole way through as they were short staffed in store that day. She was outstanding ! Product knowledge second to none . Professional , knew the features and benefits of each bed inside out . Listened to what we were looking for , and then matched against our needs . Spit on. Really highly commend her for the time and job she did with us . No sales tactics , just straight forward honest advice . We now have our new bed - and love it !
