Dreams - Harlow

Buying a bed nowadays can be expensive. We were given the time to try our various products and the time to make sure we were happy with our choices.

I was immediately offered help, the assistant could not of been more helpful. She showed me a full range for my requirements and found exactly what I wanted for the right price.

The shop assistant was on his own the day l bought my new bed but he was very helpful and l had to wait quite a long while when l went to make my purchase as he was serving somebody else at the time, when l finely got served he was very apologetic and l had first class treatment so no complaints.

Didn't feel hassled by staff, was allowed time to look on our own although staff member checked we were ok and told us to come and see him if we required any assistance.

We were very satisfied with the store, the layout was explained well and the staff were helpful and attentive. The ordering process was relatively easy and we chose the delivery date we wanted.

Fast and informative service.

I made a mistake by looking on line thought the product was cheaper, the girl on on line chat was very helpful and explained i was looking at the wring size bed. It was very helpful abd I apologised for my mistake. Guy in store made me feel special and made me a coffee when i was looking around. Well done Dreams

The assistant was welcoming, even though he and his colleague were trying to set up /move a display. He left his task, spoke to us, explained the mattress styles (and colour coding) to us, left us to view at our leisure, came back to us to see how we were getting on, left us to continue looking and made himself available whenever we had a question. Once we'd whittled down our options, he was very helpful in explaining why one was more expensive than the other, and encouraged us to really lie on the beds and feel which was more comfortable to us. During our visit, he was efficient and friendly. Even though we refused, he offered us coffee at least twice. Ordering was straightforward and easy. At no time did we feel pressured to buy or intimidated. A thoroughly professional experience. We just hope the delivery team reflect the pleasant experience we had in Store! (Our bed is scheduled to be delivered Wed 23rd August). Thank you Dreams!

The sales people were both very friendly and helpful and did not try to push us into making a sale. The product we bought is good quality and we are happy with the price
