The bed we required was on display,the shop was clean with a calm feeling we were not pressurised by the staff when we had made our choice the guy who delt with us was very professional and took our order and payment with no fuss,we will certainly use this store again and would have no problem in recommending to our friends.

Clean, well presented store. Allowed to look around, then staff asked if we required any help. We had already seen what we wanted to buy. Staff member took us to desk and the procedure of paying and arranging delivery date was fast and efficient.

I didn't really go out to buy a mattress, but Mike was very helpful indeed, guiding me and a friend as to which mattress would suit each of us. There was a sale on and prices were so good that I decided to order one. Also the fact that I could defer delivery played a part. Overall a very pleasant experience, very satisfied.

We were greeted by staff when we entered the store. The item we went into buy was no longer available but staff took their time to explain alternative items in our price range. They allowed us to test numerous products until we found a suitable alternative. We felt looked after, made to feel special and not rushed. They were very knowledgeable about goods, were very patient and answered all our questions in a easy to understand manner. They were very professional and we couldn't have asked for or received better customer service Mike and Shah were excellent and are a credit to your organisation.
