The sales guy at the store was fantastic. He explained the different styles of beds and didn't apply any pressure to us for speed or to buy. Very impressed

Customer service was excellent. Mike & Sophie were friendly, knowledgeable and gave time and space for us to try out the mattresses. Mike took time to explain everything and ensure that we had time to ask any questions.

Sophie who served us. Asked if we needed help but was not at all pushy and left us to look saying she'd answer any questions. Once we'd started to ask questions she was engaging but again not pushy. The level of advice was detailed knowledgeable and in depth. There was no steer toward the most expensive products just a good honest opinion. Fabulous service and products

the assistant wasn't pushy and gave us the choice to try so many different mattress and pillow combinations to make sure we were totally happy, he even gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss and make up our minds.

Assistant was professional and friendly. Approached me as soon as I entered the store to assist me. Product I wanted was available to take away. It was a very hot day and I was offered a cold bottle of water to drink whilst my purchase was processed. I consider this going the extra mile for a customer! He then carried my mattress out to my car for me. Assistant's name was Shuyeb according to the order confirmation sheet. It was a pleasure to shop in this store.

Very helpful friendly salesman.

The staff explained everything so well and helped us with our needs. They made us try several different mattresses. They couldn't of don't enough for us. We would definitely come back and have already told our families to go there for there beds.

Staff on hand when we needed them. Didn't pester us but were there to help when we needed them.
