Sales staff were not too pushy but always on hand if you needed any assistance, relaxed atmosphere and did not feel hassled.

Staff were very helpful, but also were not constantly bugging us when we were looking around. They even moved a mattress for me onto a frame to see just want the bed would look like (purchased a ex display frame with mattress)

The assistant Jess was excellent, not pushy at all and gave us enough help and information to select the right product for our needs, she made the experience pleasant and we would definitely visit this store again and let Jess help us.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt valued, so much so I told my ,other in law about my purchase and she went to the store the next day and also bought a new bed.

From when I walked into the shop I wasn't immediately approached by a salesman (which I prefer), I had a quick browse around the store to see what was on offer. 5 minutes after being in the shop, I was then asked if I needed any help by a guy called Tom, he was very friendly and answered all the questions I had asked very well with regards to both the different frames and mattresses. I also liked that he wasn't trying to force a sale on myself, but was always around to help when need be. Tom made the whole process very easy and enjoyable and his knowledge on all the products made everything much easier. I can't vouch for any of the other staff members at the Harlow store as I didn't deal with them, but if they were all like Tom, you won't have a problem making sales!

Your assistant Mike was spot on. He approached us in a non pressure manner. He listened to our requirements and gave a us a few direct options which met our needs excalty. Great not to have to listen to a load of sale chat and items we have no interest in.

The salesman (Tom) was so helpful and not overwhelming. Have us the opportunity to browse whilst being readily available to help. Went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Had visited previous bed stores but no one seemed to have time to explain about the beds or care. He definitely made all the difference while purchasing this.

The sales staff allowed me to wonder around trying all the products and assisting as required rather than pressurising me. Assistance was given as I needed and pillows were given to assist me in my choice

Your employee Shah was extremely helpful along with not being in your face and allowing us time to browse the store but also be on hand if I had any questions he had good knowledge of the products and felt like an honest person which is quite a compliment for a salesman. We were given a cup of coffee and our daughter was free to roam the store with us and try the beds. A very satisfying experience
