The guy who served me was very friendly.I was so anxious when i first walked instore and scared to make wrong choice but he took time to explain and answer all my questions clearly and i think truthfuly.

I popped into the Harlow store several weeks ago to look at sofa beds and was very impressed by S/A Rebecca. On Friday when I bought a bed S/M Tom was a great help, very approachable and friendly. I still need a sofa bed and plan to return to DREAMS.

The Assistant was really excellent. Jess took time to ensure we selected the appropriate mattress and actively encouraged us to try a range. She discussed out needs and helped us with information to enable us to make a decision. She really was excellent.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received because I was approached within 5 mins of walking around the store I was unsure on what I was really looking for the gentalmen that helped me pointed out 3 kinda of beds and explained all pros and cons, he was extremely helpful I went in looking for just a new mattress left with a whole new bed and so excited I cannot wait for it to arrive, the colleague who helped me was Shah, he was absolutely brillent, I will most deffinatly return in the future

On arrival into the store, the store assistant immediately asked us if we needed any help. We explained what we was looking for. I explained that I have a bad back and that I was looking to purchase another mattress similiar to previous one purchased from dreams. I asked if my previous order details from 2006 could be pulled up,on your computer and the store assistance immediately did this. Although there wasn't detailed information, the store assistance did his best to show me mattress's which would potentially meet my needs. He took his time to explain the different types of options and ensured I layed on the mattress's to try the, out. I did explain that because of my back condition I wouldn't be able to tell after a few minutes whether the mattress would be okay. He explained that I have 40 days in which to return if it doesn't suit. When the sore assistance needed to go off and do something or check something he made us aware that he would be back with us shortly. We was offered a drink. The store assistant did not rush us in any way and made us fill we could take as long as needed when making our choice.
