Dreams - Harlow

I visited with my parents to choose a new bed. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly (genuinely so, not faux). Shah spent some time establishing my requirements and which type of mattress would be most suitable. We were offered tea and coffee which was a really appreciated touch. It is very important to not feel pressured, or indeed hurried, when choosing something as important as a bed, and I will happily walk away (and have done in similar situations) where this is so. There was absolutely no pressure at all, or any attempt to up-sell (another red rag to a bull thing!). To summarise, the whole experience was relaxed and pleasant, exactly as it should be. Shah is a really nice guy, very personable, and with a good knowledge of beds! My parents had previously bought all of their beds when they bought a new house, and they were really happy and pleased with the quality and service I must just mention that whilst Shah dealt with my purchase, all of the staff were noticably pleasant too. You shouldn't have to dread a shopping expedition for something as important as a bed, and if you venture to Dreams in Harlow - you won't need to. Thank you, and well done guys!

Fantastic service and made very welcome, was even offered a tea or coffee which was a lovely touch. The sales person was very helpful and took a long time asking questions in order to advise me on the right mattress for me without being pushy. 10/10 service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed

The store assistant Tom was fab! He had a lot of product knowledge and was extremely helpful in helping us find what we wanted. I was shopping with my nan who is in a wheelchair and he was very understanding to her needs. Tom was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with whilst shopping in Dreams. He is an asset to your company.

The Dreams colleague, Tom, approached us without insistence, was clear in explaining the available options, which were quite complicated, patient in listening to our requirements, which were quite specific and slightly unusual, and was courteous throughout the transaction.

What was on display was just as advertised on the website.

We found the bed we wanted and received assistance quickly. All questions were answered fully and we could tell the assistant knew what he was talking about. He helped us work out full price as well as explaining the different coloured divans we could have. Generally very helpful and friends person so was highly satisfied.

Didn't know the different qualities and types of mattress I was looking for but Jessica very soon explained theses to me. I was given time to browse alone but help was there when I needed it.

The sales assistant was welcoming and helpful without being too pushy. Was able to answer most questions or checked to be sure. The purchase of this bed was carried out in an efficient and polite manner.

This was a return visit as we have made a purchase with Dreams before and were extremely pleased with the performance on the previous purchase.
