The assistant couldn't do enough, she was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Her advice helped me to make my final decision. Everything was explained in great detail and any queries were answered promptly and very politely. Great service!

We were welcomed when we first entered the store. I was given a few minutes to browse, then asked if I needed help. I didn’t feel as if I was pounced on as soon as I was in the store. He understood what I was looking for and showed me all the options available. He knew a lot about each bed I asked about. Once I had made up my mind the ordering process was simple. I was given a few options on delivery and everything was explained fully. I’d certainly go back and buy other beds.

The assistant, Michael was very helpful but not at all pushy and let us have a look around without any pressure. Once we were ready with questions he was able to help and answer all our queries. He was very helpful and made the process of buying a bed for my son extremely easy.
