Tom your salesman was very informative about the range of mattress's available in your Harlow store.This made it a lot easier. For us to feel we have made the right decision on our purchase. We found Tom very polite and understanding in our needs, nothing was to much trouble to help us. Thank you.

We were served straight away in your Harlow store by Tom a very friendly polite and knowledgeable assistant. We got the bed and mattress we wanted at a good price and the offer of delivery that week.

Your assistant Tom was very friendly, knew what he was talking about, and gave us confidence to shop in your store. The one thing we would say is that when we were trying tempur pillows ,they were dirty from other peoples heads, and should have had some sort of covers on them.

My dad is very hard of hearing the young man Tom was lovely he took time to talk dad showed us a very good range of mattress the thing that impressed me was he talked to dad and not to his career dad is in his 90's and he came out the shop feeling great thank you
