We had no problems at all. The assistant was polite and attentive and had a good knowledge of the stock available.

Because we had no problems, everything went really well,no hassle at all.

I was served by Michael and was accompanied by my husband. He was very patient while we discussed the things we were looking for in our purchase. He described what each bed that we looked at could do and listened to what we were looking for. He answered each of our questions thoroughly and left us alone for a short time while we talked together. He offered us coffee. He was consistently pleasant and helpful.

We were very pleased with the help and advice and time given by Tom as he guided us through the purchase.

Mike the assistant who helped us showed great knowedge and speed with our order, the mattress felt amazing!
