It was a stress free experience with the help of Tom to shop for a mattress and bed frame. Tom very kindly gave us a cup of coffee while we looked and Tom was very helpful and informed us of the differences in the mattress and what we should look for. It was a pleasure with a well informed and polite member of your staff, Tom Dreams Harlow.

The store set out was superb and easy to follow. The assistant namely Shah (Harlow) we could not have done without. Friendly,extremely helpful and certainly knew his product and we woud always go back to the Harlow store in future. Had a coffee and placed the order.

Excellent customer service. Did not feel we were being hounded into buying a product huggable to ask for advice when needed. Effortlessly clean showroom with good displays. Free delivery!!!! Will definitely return for future purchases.

We were allowed to browse at first without being pestered by assistants and when approached after a while, Sophie was extremely and helpful and friendly, sympathetic to our requirements..
