I was not hassled by the assistants. They were there to answer my questions and then i was given time to browse on my own. The information they gave me was extremely helpful and helped me to come to my decision and my purchase.

All questions could be answered, patience whilst i made my choice, very friendly staff

When we arrived we were the only couple in the store, the assistant, Tom approached us and asked if we were ok or needed guidance. I said why we were looking for a new mattress and Tom explained and showed us the mattresses that would be more suitable, he explained in a way that was easy to understand and showed us the range of mattresses that would most meet our need. We viewed and tested some of the mattresses he then came back and was very knowledgable of the mattress we chose so much so that another assistant commented she had got the same mattress and was very positive about it. We then went onto choose a headboard.

Your staff were most helpful and knowledgeable, attentive without being too pushy. They answered all of our questions professionally. The transaction was very straightforward.

Iwent to another store first. I did find a mattress I liked; reasonable price, good quality..... BUT £30.00 delivery and about three WEEKS to deliver. (And I wanted my mattress ASAP). In dreams we were served brilliantly, even offered tea or coffee. Much better quality, although slightly higher price. NO delivery charge and only three DAYS to deliver.
