Jess the Dreams colleague was very friendly and helpful today.

Lovely clean bright shop, plenty of beds to choose from, polite & helpful staff

We wasn't hassled when we got in the store, we looked round and then asked for assistance, the assistant was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable.

Smooth as clockwork

It was easy to choose and buy the mattress after the assistant explained the products available

Jessica who helped us was informative very helpful and patient with us allowing us time to keep trying the same beds over again. She was polite and professional from beginning to end.

Tom had excellent product knowledge and even "diagnosed" that we always went for a Firm Matress where in fact we were better suited to a medium matress.

The customer service representative was knowledgable about current and past makes so was able to help us select a Matrice that was similar to our previous dreams one. We sampled a few beds and was able to make a decision without a hard sell.

Wide range of choice and when we needed specific advice it was readily available with no "hard sell" Didn't like the fact that once we purchased the product we wanted additional items could be included for free. Would have preferred the "benefit" to have been deducted from the item we were actually purchasing.
