Went into the store with my husband and 3 year old to try out mattresses. The gentleman who assisted us was very kind and helped point out mattresses for us to try that suited us. I then went back 3 days later and the gentleman remembered who I was and what I'd picked out. Ordering was very straight forward and easy. Took about 10 minutes. Again gentleman was very helpful and went through everything with me. All staff were very friendly and welcoming

Mike was approachable, down to earth, good humoured and allowed me to make my choice without pressure to buy. I felt comfortable to try, ask questions, and have a relaxed and frank conversation about my sleeping requirements. Other staff also rallied to help to move mattresses and give advice. From the moment I walked in store there was no doubt that I was going to make my purchase there. I'm one of those people who just wants to walk in, be shown what I need, be given some sensible options and then make my purchase. This is made possible by the positive environment created by staff at this store.

The friendly greeting when we entered the store,extremely attentive, helpful and readily available assistance when required,(which was often) yet never put under any pressure to purchase. The offer of a cup of coffee was also very thoughtful. Full marks to Tom who dealt with our order but kudos also to the rest of the staff we met. They are all a great credit to your company. We were impressed enough to return two days later and make another purchase.

The product I was looking for was easy to find in store. This made for a very easy purchase using a deposit and 0% finance.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a sale, she gave me space to make up my own decision once providing all options. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
