Dreams - Harlow

We were served by Tom today at the Harlow branch and as soon as we walked in he greeted us and was extremely polite,friendly and helpful. He talked us through things and left us to think so wasn't pushy at all which was brilliant. When we'd decided what we wanted he served us quickly and the whole experience was a lovely one.

On entering the store I was approached by a member of staff who asked if I needed any help. I said I was just looking and they said to come and find them when I was ready. Upon making my decision the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly towards myself and my young daughter. I was just buying a bed base and they were not pushy or trying to make me purchase a mattress as well which I didn't need. Jess was helpful and chatted with my daughter about her new bed whilst the order was being placed. Would definitely go back and see Jess again.

Jess introduced herself and asked if I needed any assistance. She had identified that I was very confused with the amount of choice the store offered and gave clear and informative advice.

My husband and I walked through the door of Dreams where we were instantly greeted by Shah. He was very polite and left us to walk and browse. After a couple of minutes he asked if we would like refreshments. We decided to ask for information on a bed frame and mattress. Shah was very knowledgeable which we appreciated as it's been ages since we bought a bed. We placed an order and are now looking forward to its arrival. Thanks to the team at Harlow.
