We were served by Tom who was clearly very well trained & had an excellent understanding of all of the products. He was friendly & seemed to anticipate & answer all of our questions without being pushy. He also gave us coffee which was greatly appreciated during a LONG shopping day! He genuinely gave the impression of enjoying his job which made the experience all the more enjoyable for the 3 of us!The selection of bases & mattresses was good.

The assistance we received from Shah was informative and to the point without being overbearing. He was gave us the information we required and direct us through the available options.

The assistant was very attentive to our needs and helped with each and every question that we threw at him.....the cofee was great too!

Friendly Knowledgeable Salespeople

on first visit to the store the colleague who helped us (Michael) was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and patient as we were shopping for a new bed for our 9 year old son. We had visited other shops but that is mainly why we came back here.

We were assisted by Sophie, who was really lovely! Very polite and also helped to recommend products and assist us with questions on mattresses. Would definitely recommend using Dreams again and would look for Sophie when purchasing anything!!

The assistant was knowledgeable and informative, there was no pressure to buy or constant checking on me but staff were approachable and friendly, pricing was competitive , I'm yet to receive my purchase so don't know if it's good value or not but looking forward to a good nights sleep, delivery was disappointingly a 3 week wait, so eagerly anticipating, store was clean, but a little more dressing and bedroom layouts would enhance appearance. Overall I'm pleased so far, and if I win the draw I will be telling everyone The sales desks at the store were just right, not too imposing, I was disappointed that I couldn't buy any 400 thread count new sheets whilst I was there but that's only minor
