I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted with the assistance I required when I required it. I was not followed around the shop and (in some shop this happens and it makes me feel uncomfortable) I was given the time and space to look for myself. Which was very much appreciated.

Shah of Harlow store knew his products and very knowledgeable in every aspect of us placing the order. He was friendly and knew when to give us some space so that we could discuss. He was not pushy but was there when we needed him and helped us through placing the order.

We very much liked the fact that there was no hassle from the Sales Staff, however, they were always on hand and available when we needed to talk to them. We liked that fact that they were happy to leave us time to discuss matters throughout our visit rather than having to be part of all of our discussions. Shah was the person we dealt with and we felt he knew his subject very well and took the time to answer and explain everything to us in a manner which made things understandable.
