I was pleased I visited the Dreams Harlow branch. There was a good variety of mattresses including Tempur mattresses in all depths, which other stores do not have on display. The body measuring machine was useful and I was very impressed with the level of service that Sophie provided.

Gentleman was very helpful, order was placed within minutes.

Great customer service and products

We went to Dreams first and were then going to go to Benson for Beds. We were assisted straight away with someone very knowledgeable (Mike) who suggested we went on the machine that tells you which Mattress would be suitable. As we were very impressed with the mattresses suggested to us and we found one we really liked we decided just to buy it there and then and not even go and look in Benson for Beds. Very professional team and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Mike and the Dream team.
