The sales assistant gave the information required and then left us to make our own decision.

I had my 3 teenage children with me, all with different "bed" wishes. Shah was atttentive and very helpful but never pushy. He was there to help me when needed,( girls were thrilled with the hot chocolate!) but I never felt he was pushing for a sale. He made the purchase of my beds easier than I thought possible, despite 1 being out of stock. The manager and other colleagues helped by telephoning other stores to check stock and prices. It was decided that they would inform us as soon as it was back in stock and no money was taken for it until then. All in all very kind, helpful staff!

The staff were extremely helpful, not just one, but several helped us in choosing. Tom, who spent most time with us and processed the order was professional, extremely knowledgable, patient and very friendly in his approach. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

2 very knowledgeable members of staff helped us to decide which bed to buy, then quickly & efficiently placed the oredr at a time that suited us.

We were served by Mike Dean whom we have met there before. He is very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses on offer and never rushes you or pushes you into buying a particular product. He is calm and friendly.

We were approached by the salesman Mike Dean who was very professional, he equipped as to what we needed and directed us where to look but did not hover and left us to browse. At one point whilst trying various mattresses he appeared with pillows to assist us. We were offered and provided with a beverage of our choice which was very welcome. Once we have decided on which product we wanted Mike took our order, he explained everything comprehensively which put my mind at ease. This is not the first time I have bought a bed from a Dreams store but without doubt this was the best experience I have had. Mike Dean is a credit to your company.

I was dealt with courteously and efficiently, without any pressure from the salesman.

I particularly liked the assistant (Shah) he was friendly , helpful but not pushy . I also saw how others spoke to their customers and they seemed happy to help. I thought I would feel awkward and self conscious laying on beds in a store but no one made me feel like this.
