Was greeted as soon as we walk in, offered drinks and showed us round the store. Was asked if we required pillows etc., was highly satisfied with the service that Shah offered was pleasant and polite.

We were greeted on arrival in the store, and whilst browsing the beds was offered a drink The sales assistant went on to explain the difference in the type of beds and mattresses, the types of pillows there were and answered fully any questions we had. we were highly satisfied with the service that was given.
