Dreams - Harlow

We visited about 7pm and we were the only customers in the shop, my initial reaction was that we were about to get "pounced" on by a salesman but that was not the case. He was lovely, very helpful and gave us just the right amount of attention. He knew his stuff and gave great customer service, he deserves some recognition.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Most informative.They did not hover and left us to make selection. Having a nice cup of tea was a nice touch. Delivery swift.

Your sales assistant Sophie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient & understanding. At no time did we feel pressurized. She issued us with a validation number 104A012032.

Not pushy, very friendly & very knowledgeable. We weren't being pressured into anything which made the shopping experience all the more pleasant.

We had previously visited the store and on our second visit the member of staff remembered us and what we had been looking at even though we had not actually discussed anything with him- astounding!

Friendly greeting on entering store. No hassle from staff so was able to look around comfortably. When we needed assistance we were given every help and advice so that we were also able to choose a mattress. Came away feeling happy as it was a good experience.
