The minute we walked into the store we were welcomed. Staff were fantastic and we were not pressured into buying straight away. we were offered tea and coffee. It was such a relaxed experience we first went to Benson beds and the experience there was awful. So glad we decided on you.

Your Store Manager was: - very knowledgeable about the products - Friendly and helpful - listened to what we wanted and help guide us to the right products - we didn't feel under pressure or rushed - we felt very happy with our purchase and confident it is what we want

The reasons I am Highly Satisfied: 1) The first impression is that you are in professionals store and you can trust them. 2) The welcome smile you get it makes you feel that 'You are there to buy.' 3) The manners that the salesmen is so nice and professional. 4)When I left the store I was very please and satisfied. Mike, the man from the customer team who served us, was so helpful and friendly it made what I thought would be a boring chore into a great fun experience. He was thoughtful and helpful to my disabled mother, who we were primarily shopping for, and I was so impressed by his knowledge and advice that I ended up buying a new mattress too! I would recommend my friend and family to ask for him. This wonderful experience was somewhat marred by a poor delivery services, but hopefully I will get the opportunity to feedback on this at a later stage.

There was no pressure at anytime from the salesman. He gave guidance as to where the particular type of beds we were looking for were in the shop so as to not waste our time. The beds were clearly marked with their firmness but he provided us with alternatives to compare. He explained clearly the different types of mattresses and pillows available to us. Very knowledgeable gentleman. I had done a bit of research before and he did not try to pull the wool over our eyes ( or even the duvet - sorry for the pun). My wife and I spent approx. three hours in the shop, and were even provided with a refreshment drink. He must have had the patience of a saint. Excellent sale.

Very friendly helpful sales assistant

There was no hard sell for the most expensive products, more of what was best for our needs and all options were demonstrated. Product knowledge by the assistant was complete and any questions answered without having to refer to other staff or documents.

Jess, who served us, sent time to go through the different types of mattress available and showed us around ensuring we got the product that was right for us. I would not have realised that she was new in her role with the excellent product knowledge she shared with myself and my wife. Tom assisted her in completing the paperwork and confirmed the order was placed correctly. They both worked well together and gave us excellent service. We came away feeling very happy with our purchase

We were not pressurised by sales talk we were left to look around and try the mattresses and when we needed advice Tom was excellent in answering all our questions and we were able to make a decision quite quickly.
