Tom the assistant was extremely helpful, we went in with a price budget and a good idea of what we wanted and he helped to show us exactly what our options were, the differences between our options and helped us to choose a suitable mattress, we ordered it then and there and the ordering process was also quick and easy! We were offered drinks while we were testing out the products and the staff were friendly and easily approachable.

We needed a new mattress but other than that did not know where to start. Served by Shah, we were asked specific questions to determine our need. He also clearly explained how the Dreams colour coding system works. We were invited to lay on a variety of beds to find our preferred comfort level, then given a choice of mattresses at that firmness at a variety of prices. We were given comfortable pillows when trialling the mattresses and were also offered tea, coffee or a cold drink. Shah was very knowledgeable about the products, was not pushy at all, allowed us to make our own minds up and gave us all the time we needed. We looked around other shops but the service offered did in no way match up to Shah's so we went back to Dreams and left, having ordered a mattress, that we were confident was right for us.

Easy to order, friendly staff.

We were greeted by a Dreams Colleague named Shah, who on asking if we needed any help pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for, left us to decide and then returned to see if he could help further. Beyond the call of duty, he then made me a cup of tea, as I was enviously watching someone else with one! A very polite, knowledgeable and pleasant colleague.
