Michael was very friendly and helpful. Despite Michael being the only member of staff in the store with quite a few customers, he still managed to help me and the other customers in an efficient way, even offering to make us a cup of tea.

The assistant Jess was friendly and helpful. She knew where the product we asked about was in the store and suggested alternatives when we were unsure. She did not hard sell which was great but remained available to assist us. She was efficient at the point of sale and checked her understanding with colleagues when unsure.

Shah was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, patient and offered tea!! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience buying through Dreams

Visited your Harlow store. Was refreshing to find staff who were happy to let me browse uninterrupted, but enough of them free and on hand if necessary. Mike Dean was very attentive, directing me to the mattress of my choice, allowing me as much time as I needed and also offering me a drink. Very kindly provided a pillow similar to the one I use at home and explained why my divan of choice wasn't in stock at the store. Was apologetic about the fact he took some time to return, having had to attend to another customer in the meantime. Mike explained the pricing and ordering/delivery process throroughly, was able to answer my questions clearly and the whole procedure was very straightforward. Also pleased to be able to get my required delivery date.

No false full sales. No pressure. Good knowledge of products and spent just the right amount of time with me. This store and staff were a pleasure.

The salesman who dealt with my purchase was extremely helpful and pleasent. I told him what type of mattress l was looking for and he made his recommendations and then left me to make my choice. He didn't hover around and make a nuisance of himself which often happens in large stores of this kind.very satisfied.
