The colleague who helped us was named shah, he was very knowledgeable about the products as it was for my mother who broke her hip 6 month ago and needed help with the height of the bed and comfort of the mattress, very friendly and helpful.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a warm welcome. We weren't bombarded with information on all the beds in store, instead, Shuyeb from the Harlow branch, asked us what we were after and guided us in the right direction with an explanation of the colour coded mattresses. We then tried them out and he came back to ask which ones we liked. It was a stress free experience with expert help, helping us choose the perfect mattress and bed. We are very pleased with the whole experience and when we need a new bed, we will definitely be coming back to Dreams.
