The shop assistant was very helpful and informative and confident whilst answering our questions. He wasn't pushy but gave us time to consider our options whilst being offered a nice cup of coffee. Overall we were very satisfied with the service provided and have no hesitation in visiting Dreams again.

Really helpful staff in store (Shah) and great delivery service. Craig and Istvan took great care in swapping mattresses- shoes off , breakable so moved etc.
