I was helped by an assistant that could answer all my questions and gave me space to make up my mind, I never felt rushed. The in-store computer came up with various options to choose from so I believe everyone could be catered for.

Who knew buying a bed would be such fun! As soon as I walked through the door Shah approached me, without being pushy, to offer assistance. I explained that I was looking for a mattress that would be suitable for alleviating arthritic aches and pains. The diagnostic bed thing I found hilarious for some reason and it made me laugh! We looked at various mattresses which he knew would be appropriate for my needs and I had loads of time to lie on them. He was very attentive, which was a good thing or I might have dozed off! What I particularly like was that I never felt I was being pushed towards a higher price range, I really appreciated that. The attention to health protection was excellent. All the mattresses I tried were sprayed down and sanitised before and after I tried them. Personal comfort was attended to also. I was offered a drink several times. Shah was good humoured and polite throughout my experience. I am delighted to say I found a mattress and a bed that I really liked. I chose a lovely Ottoman divan with a plush headboard. I chose a lovely Tempur mattress. I am so looking forward to BDD!!! Bed delivery day! Thank you Dreams for a super satisfying shopping experience!
