The purchase was easy,assistance on hand when required,a pleasant experience

From the moment we entered the store, we were impressed with the layout. The sales assistant Gerrell greeted us warmly and was instantly friendly and attentive. He understood what we were looking for and took us straight to it. He demonstrated the item and answered all our queries without hesitation. He acted in a professional manner throughout and it only became apparent that he was still under training when he was supervised while completing the sales documentation.

I got what I wanted

Tom was very helpful, patient whilst we were deciding, very informative with product knowledge. Very pleasant to deal with, no hard sell and made the whole experience very easy. Discussed and explained everything in full so left with no queries. Very happy with this customer service experience.

Very friendly customer service and good salesperson as went in for cheap single mattress and brought that along with king size expensive one too!! lol

From being greeted as soon as I entered the store to being shown and informed about the different types of mattresses available, I received excellent service at the Harlow branch, especially as this was Ryan (the salesman's) third day in the job. A polite and courteous manner as well as excellent inter-personal skills point to a bright future for Ryan. Michael oversaw the actual ordering and payment and was equally friendly and efficient. I had several texts to remind me of the delivery date, and two phone calls to give me a 2 hour time slot and then a 'we're on our way' call. Steve and Terry were friendly and chatty, putting down a blue mat and taking off their shoes before taking the mattress upstairs, as well as taking away all the plastic wrapping. An excellent service from start to finish

everything was very straight forward

The young man was polite and friendly. His product knowledge was very good and although we had not intended to place the order straight away we did so as we felt fully satisfied that we were buying the right product. We cannot fault his customer service in any way.
