I was completely overwhelmed at the amount of choice the store offered and didn't know where to start. Mike the assistant there assured me I could take as long as I liked and even offered me a drink. Once I picked my bed frame Mike helped me to find a mattress. He explained it all in easy to understand jargon with no pressure I felt completely at ease. Making the order was very organised and two of the reasons I went to dreams were that they take away the old bed and put together the new one. Mike was very easy to talk to and remained cheerful throughout. As a recently divorced person this was a daunting task that was made so much easier by excellent customer service. Thank you

We had visited the store some months ago whilst the room was being renovated, to look for a suitable divan type of guest bed that could convert into a double or two singles. The staff were as friendly then as they were on our second visit last Saturday. Very knowledgable but unobtrusive staff were on hand, which made the experience all very easy to make the purchase.

The Sales Assistant listened to what I was looking for. He was not too pushy and gave me time to look around and think about. Very pleasant man called Shuyeb.

Great prices and had a strong idea of what we were date r. Value of the mattresses compared to competition was great. Frames were competitively priced too. Assistant was friendly and not too pushy. Even asked if we wanted a cuppa!

Made welcome no one breathing down our backs but were told to have a good look around and call when we were ready to order . pleasant manner.would come back again given choice of colour and firmness.

I was looking to buy my son a new mattress. I know several places in Harlow to look for one. I went, with my son, into your store first. I was asked if I wanted assistance, rather than, 'CAN I HELP YOU?' as soon as I walked in. The chap let me look around without pressure. When I asked for help, he dropped what he was doing and served with friendliness. I am a very scruffy person but he didn't look down at me with the 'he has no money' attitude. My son could choose whatever mattress he wanted and the one he chose, including pillows, I paid for. Overall, even though I look like a tramp, the chap that served me treated me like a Lord. Great customer service.
