Shah was absolutely fantastic, he was helpful and knowledgeable, too often I visited shops and the assistants pounce on you, he was fantastic, supported when we needed him, and gave us time to consider the options without hassling, he knew his stuff and was really personable. You have a gem in Shah!

Helpful staff and easy to find product desired

Knew what I wanted. Went straight into the store, spoke to the assistant. They fetched the item, we conversed and I paid. Job done. Store was a lot cleaner with new painting, made a real difference.

We were seen to by Tom and he catered for our every need. We bought 3 beds and each one Tom explained all we needed to know with the beds and explained all charges and costs so there was no hidden extras. He was very polite and was very approachable. Very happy with the service we received in store.

Visited the harlow store after visiting the Stevenage store, we were very happy with the vast range on site to view, as it was bank holiday the staff were very busy but we were advised then given a good amount of time to look independently without feeling pressured, the staff were realistic about waiting time and then very helpful and friendly completing our purchase.

Tom was great an asset to your store he was particularly patient .

I didn't know dreams offered a price match guarantee, the sales team went through different options for our purchase. Very friendly and knowledgable. Good tome frame for delivery and plenty of options to suit us. A good experience in general.
