We were looking for the best mattress i could find for my requirements, the assistant recommended a handful of mattresses to try with particular reference to the Dreams Vitality acti mattress, after testing three others we found he was correct, the Dreams Vitality was the perfect match for us, we returned two weeks later having tried the same mattress in another Dreams store, (just because we were there one day) and purchased the mattress. I was sold the mattress by a second assistant and i have to say that both were very informative, new the products and new how to interact with us. this is what i would call a well balanced team of assistance with good training.

The sales associate was very professional. He explained the best way to choose the right mattress.

Given that we went to the retail outlet to purchase curtains but finished up buying a sofa bed says it all. When we saw the sign in the window for sofa beds we went into the shop and was introduced with a very friendly greeting and directed to the sofa beds. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a bed that matched everything we were looking for. Whilst we were trying out the bed the assistant, Shah, asked if we would like a coffee and tea which we duly accepted. When we went to complete the paperwork he offered us additional products which we found to be very good value for money and so accepted them. All in all the experience was very pleasant and Shah was excellent being very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Walked into the shop feeling confused and overwhelmed after checking online for a mattress. We were greeted warmly and instantly made to feel welcome by Michael. After being shown and having the jargon explained we were left to try out and given the time to explore which mattress we felt was best for us. There was no pushy sales pitch it was clear that our comfort and needs were the main concern. Allowed to take as much time as we felt we needed with all questions answered and advice given. I was unsure what I was looking for mattress wise. I told Mike my problems with my back and shoulders and asked for recommendations. He showed me a couple of mattresses to compare but made the recommendation of a medium mattress which I eventually went for. When it came to the bed frame I couldn't decide on an ottoman or a wooden frame. I then went on to chose the first bed I'd liked when I came in once I knew the measurements as size is very important as I have limited space.

We got a bed about 2years ago it cost a lot of money in dreams we did not spend a lot of time when we got it So this time we said we were going to make sure we we got a bed that we were going to be happy with so we spent a long time in the shop a and mick was very helpful
