Tom was both knowledgable and very helpful. I am 63 and never had such an easy and enjoyable 'shopping' trip. Your staff really know how to interact with their customers. Well done.

The assistant at Harlow Dreams, Tony, was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was able to show us various matresses to help us get the correct matress that we were looking to purchase. The whole experience was excellent, we were even offer tea or coffee by Tony whilst we had a look at the various matresses he was offering.

Sarah was very helpful, explaining the options available while giving us time to think things over by ourselves

Our Saleman Tom, was polite and knowledgeable. He left us to make decisions but was on hand if we needed him and not pushy. A very friendly, cheerful salesman.

We had a friendly and helpful service by staff member Sarah at Harlow branch while looking for a bed for our six year daughter. Which we purchased and our daughter is looking forward to sleeping in her new bed.
