I went into dreams in Harlow twice that week & spent nearly just under £2000 & was extremely happy with all the items I purchased. I was served by Tom on both occasions he was very helpful &a the delivery teams were always polite & helpful. Thanks for a great service..

Mike our sales consultant listened to what our needs were, made his recommendations but without being pushy. He gave us all the details of our first visit and because of this we returned 2 days later to confirm our order. We even changed our minds about the bed unit which didn't faze or seem to invconvenience Him at all. Excellent customer service, well done Mike and Dreams Harlow!

Michael could not have been more helpful or knowledgable but at the same time patient, and allowed us to leave without exerting any pressure, that is why we returned and placed an order with him when we were ready.
