We were made welcome and offered refreshment. We received the right amount of attention from very courteous staff without being overwhelmed and were able to make our choice easily: our order placement was handled smoothly and efficiently and we left the store happy and content.

Everything I needed was what I walked out with

I wasn't hassled, every question was answered clearly, felt no pressure to make decision even though it was close closing time. Best shop I have been to in a while.

The assistant was competent, knowledgeable, friendly and understood and adequately met our needs

I was assisted by Sara who explained the storage system each bed had, she never rushed us to make a purchase. Was a very positive experience which I had not experienced before from other sales persons.

Tom, the Assistant was very helpful, seemed very knowledgeable and we received all the information we required to help us make a decision on what mattress would be best for us. The way the store and I n particular bathe way the beds/mattresses are set out is really useful and easy to understand.
