Very friendly and unobtrusive staff, non stressful experience. We didn't intend to buy today but the staff helped answer questions and made us feel at ease.

There were plenty of staff members available on the shop floor at all times. We spent a short while trying out some beds and then were approached by the Dreams colleague who assisted us at the perfect time, having had enough time to look by ourselves but without having to wait or find a colleague when we were ready. Tom knew a lot about the products, knew details off by heart, gave us personal input, and was very friendly. His sales pitch and order processing was smooth and informative, and the were colleagues on hand to help him fetch things so that Tom didn't have to keep going off and leaving us waiting. The bed we had liked the look of online was on display and easy to find, and there was a wide range of other models to try. Delivery was promised to the room the mattress was going in, which is great as we live in a flat and have a super king size bed, so it would have been difficult for us to bring up the stairs. The warranties and cover that came with out products are comprehensive and good value. The savings on our particular model were huge. We opted for interest free, which is very convenient.

in the last year I have bright 2 other mattresses from different stores. Both were unsatisfactory and I was offered no help in trying to hang them.I decided to try dreams. The sales person was called micheal O who talked us through our previous purchases and why the mate Essex were not suited to us. He took time to show us and let us try various mattresses until we found the ones we were happy with. He was not pushy in any way and hid customer service skills were second to none.
