Dreams - Harlow

The gentleman (Mike) who helped us with our purchase had a great knowledge of the products in store and what would suit our needs. He closed the sale with us feeling at ease. Mike is a credit to the company. I would recommend anyone purchasing bed furniture to see Mike at the Harlow Dreams store.

Great product knowledge from the team helpful advice flexible approach

We were asked about the type of mattress we wanted and shown various mattresses to try out by a friendly but not pushy salesman. He gave us time by leaving us for a while to try out, discuss between ourselves and make a decision. He came back later, just about the right length of time, to see if we had made a decision which we had and proceeded to go through the sale with us.

From the moment I stepped in the store I was asked if I needed help, and I explained what I was looking for and the assistant was extremely helpful. I was even offered coffee while we were going through the purchase details. and I was given my free mattress protector to take home immediately; every detail of the order delivery , and services provided was explained in great detail. I couldn;t have been more satisfied. I haven't received my new bed yet, but looking forward to sleeping in my new bed,
