HAVE USED DREAMS BEFORE AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY HELPFUL AND PRICES VERY REASONABLE.

Good quality beds and staff were very helpful

We were looking for a replacement mattress and there were plenty to choose from. The assistant was very polite, courteous and helpful. We had a slight problem with ordering the recycling service for our old mattress, but this was dealt with efficiently to our satisfaction (although it took a little longer).

We were not hurried or bothered by the sales staff but they were very helpful when it came to asking for details and placing the order.

Michael O from your Harlow store was so helpful answering all my questions and immediately understood my needs for my "dream "bed! It only took trying 3 beds and then Michael found "the one". The paperwork was completed, mattress cover was chosen and l left the store very happy with my spur of the moment purchase. Thankyou Michael!!

Very helpful shop assistant and knowledgeable with regards to all the questions we asked.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by members of the team who asked which style we were looking for and were immediately directed to the correct part of the store. Once given some time to peruse Tom came to help us with our decision by talking about the differences between the mattresses on sale. He then made some suggestions and let us know where he was if needed. As this was my first store to look in I left with an idea of what I wanted while shopping around. The next day I returned knowing which bed and mattress I liked but needed to confirm finance options and getting the product to match my budget. Tom was once again on hand to help and he was able to identify immediately an alternative mattress which had the features I wanted but was in my budget. He then confirmed all the details and during the purchasing process he made sure I was aware of all of the terms and conditions for changing the mattress should it be uncomfortable, which numbers to call if I need assistance and which insurance offers were available. During all of this Tom was happy to have a conversation with us and have a laugh, making the whole experience more pleasant.
