Quick and easy sale. Mike the sales guy was excellent and was able to answer all questions. Other staff friendly and helpful.

Need to purchase a new mattress, so went to Harlow to see what was available. Initially whet to a rival shop but the staff did not have any idea or product knowledge about beds / mattresses. My friend said that she had had an excellent experience with Dreams so we went to your branch in Harlow. Your staff were very attentive and took the time to explain the different types of mattress and the various stiffness available. they said the only way was to lay on the beds to see what I preferred. The assistant apologised for not being able to offer us a drink as their kettle had just broken.

I was making the purchase for my parents they had ordered a bed twelve weeks ago from bensons and on the 15th of December was advised that the next day delivery would be a part delivery my parents were away and cancelled the order I came into dreams looking for a delivery before Christmas and the staff there advised on what could be done and how quickly Tom was very helpful and understanding of the situation that we had been put in

Sales assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. Saved us a lot of time as she knew her stuff! Seemed very happy in her job and had a great sense of humour.

Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was polite and did not put any pressure to sell. He understood that we wanted to shop around and go to another store. We came back to him because he was very helpful and we liked the product he sold us.
