We were helped by a lovely member of staff called Sarah. She was brilliant at giving us just the right information but also giving us plenty of time to browse and try out beds on our own. She made plenty of good suggestions which meant we ended up going for a super king bed and an ottoman, which we probably wouldn't have done otherwise. It did make things more expensive but I really feel like it's money well spent.

The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable but best of all he was not pushy at all, he let us take as much time as we needed, he kept close enough to help with questions but far enough away to give us time and space. great service.

We were very happy with the help the sales man in harlow gave us his name was Mike dean ! When asking about the mattress choice out of 4 choices we thought he would have chosen the dearest but he never so that impressed me .
