The assistant Tom was incredibly helpful. Due to our health issues he was able to direct us to the correct product. We did not feel as though we were constantly followed. He made his self available at the right moments.

They had what I wanted in the time I needed the tv bed!

Very help full, and also left you to think and talk to a friend aboit what was needed.but all so came back to see if you needed any more information.great shopping experance

Staff were great, understood exactly what we were after and assisted us with everything we needed.

The assistant - Tom, was extremely attentive to detail, his product knowledge was superb, allowed us time and assistance to try the beds to ensure our purchase would meet our needs, - even made both my husband and i a cup of coffee! He was friendly, and was extremely helpful. The whole customer journey from entering the store to the final purchase was relaxed, unrushed, unpressurised and Tom made us both feel like important customers. Brilliant experience!
