We were well looked after, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all question and we did not feel any pressure to buy.

The staff were friendly and knowledge of the product was most helpful. The salesmen was very obliging and helpful.

Every member of the team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a cheerful atmosphere, and we were given a cup of tea, and made to feel welcome. We were guided through the options for our needs expertly and efficiently. We would definitely return to this store for any bedding needs in the future and we would recommend the Harlow store to friends and family.

My wife and I entered the store to browse for a double bed,however after being shown around by a knowledgeable but not pushy salesman we ended up buying one

Very polite new what he was talking about did not mind that I tried a couple of different mattresses did not pressure me in to buying and more warranties

looking for a high end bed & mattress. was steered to an alternative product and am very satisfied with that facilitated decision

Visited Dream of Harlow Dreams Colleague "Michael" was very polite, knowledgable and at no time did we feel we pressurised into buying our purchase - additionally we were all offered refreshments during our visit which was great.
